Navy T-34 finds new home

The National Museum of Naval Aviation has loaned us one of their T-34’s to put on permanent display here at Aviation Cadet World. Beth and I took our 25′ trailer that normally holds our F-105-F/G cockpit section down to Pensacola June 4, 2012 and brought back this treasure. Many of us flew this aircraft in the Air Force as well as the Navy. It was the backbone of many aero clubs. Beth and her sister Tari, had their first aircraft ride in one of these. It was the first military aircraft that I flew. We started out on them at Bainbridge AB in GA. The cockpits are complete and this aircraft as well as some of our others are open for observation and entrance into the cockpit. Including our simulator and kit Glastar we now have nine aircraft.
